Refund Procedure

We care about our customers and want to make sure they are happy with the goods and services we provide. Due to this, we provide refunds in the following circumstances:
- Any unauthorized transaction that wasn't done on your behalf but has an impact on your finances is an acceptable basis for a refund.
- Any circumstance in which you fail to receive promised premium services or are unable to use them in the first place.

Refund requests for the following reasons are not acceptable:
- Forgetting to terminate your current subscription.
- Any other inappropriate justification devoid of a plausible justification.

We reserve the right to examine each refund request individually and reach a judgment based on the specific facts.

Please keep in mind to be kind and patient in order to reach a positive agreement. It won't be to your advantage to attempt a chargeback on the part of the payment processor that handled the transaction! Most of the time, we are able to defend our rights in such instances. Without previous communication with the Flantic staff, you risk being permanently barred from using our services. Despite the non-application of the aforementioned criteria, if you behave politely and kindly, you might get a refund.
