• Service refers to the Website or the Discord bot of Flantic.

• You means the individual using or accessing the Service, or the organization or legal entity on whose behalf such individual accesses or uses the Service.

These Terms govern your use of the Service and form a binding agreement between you and the Company. Your access to the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

• The Company's total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid through the Service in the last 12 months, or USD 50 if no payments were made.

8. Refund Policy

Since Flantic offers non-tangible, irrevocable digital goods (Premium Subscriptions), we do not generally provide refunds after the product is purchased, which you acknowledge prior to purchasing any product on the Website.

However, we may consider refunds on a case-by-case basis if:

• The service was completely unusable due to a fault on our end for an extended period.
• You were charged due to a technical error.

To request a refund, please contact our support team within 7 days of the purchase.

We may update or modify these Terms at any time at our discretion. If a change is material, we will provide reasonable notice before the new terms take effect. By continuing to use the Service after changes become effective, you agree to the revised Terms.
